  • Who is the Zoomo Family for?

    Zoomo Family is designed for parents and families who want a safe, eco-friendly way to carry kids, groceries, or daily essentials.

  • Is the bike suitable for carrying children?

    Yes! Zoomo Family e-bikes are built with child seats and cargo accessories, making school drop-offs and family rides safe and comfortable.

  • What’s included in the rental?

    Your rental covers the e-bike, charger, lock, maintenance, and customer support. Safety accessories (like helmets or child seats) are also available.

  • How much does it cost?

    2-day FREE trial, $250 refundable deposit, and $49 per week after the trial.

  • How long does the battery last?

    A fully charged battery typically lasts up to 60 km, enough for school runs, shopping trips, and family outings.

  • Can both parents use the bike?

    Yes, you can share the rental for family use. The bike has a maximum weight capacity of 180 kg, which includes the riders, accessories, and cargo.

    For carrying a child, the right accessories are essential. Our store team can provide you with a Carrying and Safety guide to help you find the best solution.

  • What happens if the bike needs repair?

    Maintenance is included with your rental. If your bike needs a repair, support is just one tap away via the MyZoomo App for chat or a call. You can also call the store directly during business hours.

  • Can I try the bike before committing?

    Yes! You can book a test ride at our store to see how the bike fits your family’s needs.

  • How do I return the bike if it’s not right for us?

    Your rental is flexible. You can return the bike at any point after the trial period by giving us 4–7 business days' notice.

    Returns can be booked directly through the MyZoomo App or by calling/SMSing our retail store.

  • Do you provide helmets?

    No, helmets are not included in your rental plan. However, we have them available for purchase in-store: Adult helmets: $39 and, Kids' helmets: $29. You are also welcome to bring your own helmet.
